Once you step inside, you could be anywhere but Las Cruces: Tokyo, Bangkok or New York. Aqua Reef’s extensive Euro-Asian menu and Asian-inspired ambiance takes its diners on a culinary vacation, if only for the course of the meal. That was Tatsu Miyazaki’s purpose and he accomplished it.

Aqua Reef is about more than food - it’s about the entire event of eating out. It’s the friendly hostess when you walk in, it’s the knowledgeable server at your table, it’s the Sushi chef creating works of art before your eyes and then it’s the delicious meal.
