Lorenzo’s offers Las Cruces 3 convenient locations each with a one of a kind atmosphere. With Italian music hovering in the air, and elegant décor, the atmosphere is sure to whisk you away to a café somewhere in Sicily, which is where the inspiration of these fine, Las Cruces favorites, was born. Most of the recipes used are family recipes that owners, Vince Vaccaro, and sister, Mary Ostland have been cooking with for years. Some have been altered to add a little southwestern flavor, such as, Green Chile Lasagna and Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo with green chile. Lorenzo’s has a wide variety of homemade Italian food including, amazing salads, sandwiches, pizza, pasta, steaks and the best bread in town.

Lorenzo’s Avanti offers a speedy way to grab a great lunch when you are short on time. The Avanti service is offered Monday through Friday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Simply walk in and order at the front from three menus hanging from the wall. After you’ve placed your order and sit down and all food and drinks are brought to you, ensuring fabulous food that saves about 15 minutes of your lunch hour. Lorenzo’s Café is located on historical Alameda Street across from the old Las Cruces High School. It is a cute, quaint café that is opened only for lunch. Lorenzo’s University is the most well known location. It has long standing ties with NMSU and has always been a big supporter of community events. This location is the perfect spot to have a great Italian dinner before a big game or concert. It is also the place to visit if you would like Vince and his sister’s family dishes to be served at your special event. Lorenzo’s caters weddings, parties and business events up to 300 people.
