Stahmann’s Country Store is located on Stahmann's Pecan Farm in the heart of the Mesilla Valley. The pecan farm was established in 1932 and is still family owned and operated. Stahmann's world famous pecans are grown, shelled and packaged on the 3200 acre farm. The drive to Stahmann's is delightful. During the warm months the trees form a lush, green canopy over the road. Photographers from all over the world have come to take pictures of the dramatic trees. Stahmann Farms also houses a candy plant where pecan pies, flavored pecans and pecan confections are produced and packaged to sell in their retail stores and worldwide through their website and mail order catalog. Customers can stop by to enjoy a piece of pecan pie, a cup of coffee or any one of several delicious ice cream flavors while shopping for that perfect pecan gift. Tours are available to the public free of charge April through August at 10am every Wednesday, weather permitting. Stahmann's Country Store hours are Monday through Saturday 10am to 5pm and Sunday 11am to 5pm.
Stahmann's has a second location on the Plaza in Old Mesilla. All their pecan treats are available at this convenient location. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 10am to 7pm and Sunday 12pm to 6pm.
