For more than 20 years, Casa Blanca has been providing the region with come of the best Mexican food in the area and is located in a vacation home turned restaurant and adorned with rustic southwest décor and artwork. Remodeled several times over the years, the restaurant creates a great environment for patrons to enjoy today. The large outdoor terrace is now enclosed with large windows to provide a view of the gorgeous mountains surrounding Ruidoso.
The building is not the only thing that is long-standing at Casa Blanca. Original recipes include green chile and a southwest flavor that consumes every bite. The Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas are the most popular dish, along with favorites that include burritos, rellenos, fajitas and quesadillas.
